As children, we should be enjoying our childhood, playing with friends, and learning new things every day. But for us, life has been a struggle. We have faced unimaginable hardships, violence, and trauma, which has left us vulnerable and alone.
We are victims of Gender-Based Violence (GBV), and it’s not our fault. We didn’t deserve to be hurt, and we certainly didn’t deserve to be abandoned. But thanks to a young organization that took us in, we have a chance to rebuild our lives.
This organization has been a beacon of hope for us, providing us with shelter, food, and emotional support. But as we prepare to return to school, we face a new challenge: lack of resources. Our school fees are unpaid, our uniforms are worn out, and our books are scarce.
As a young organization, they are doing their best to support us, but they need our help. They are struggling to keep up with the costs of our education, and that’s where you come in.
